Event Description
Celebrate SPRING! with a tour of the Shawangunk Wine Trail Wineries as they pair their magnificent wines with delicious pasta recipes. A number of the Wineries will have NEW RELEASES to taste as well.
Tickets are $20 plus tax in advance.

Comment by Sally Kelly on April 19, 2009 at 8:49am - We had a wonderful day doing this tour on Saturday, the weather was gorgeous which made it even better. Eleven wineries in one day is a bit much though, we could only make it to nine and some wineries had waiting lines to taste and also to purchase so it took longer. I think this trail is beautiful and should be over two days, one is not enough time. The wineries would have sold more wine if the tasting parties could have slowed the pace down and we skipped some of the gifts shop areas because we did not have time. We enjoyed ourselves but I suggest that this be a two day event and the wine tasters will be able to spend more time at each location and in the end the wineries will sell more product.
